Jeff has over 30 years of experience driving transformation in customer experience expectations and integration of technology-driven solutions that revolutionize the way business happens. Jeff has focused on FinTech, government, as well as large public and financial institutions to forecast market change, create execution plans and assemble teams that successfully implement adaptive technologies. Jeff’s most recent roles at Fifth Third Bank included leading Commercial Treasury Management and helping enable the formation of a $1B Enterprise Payments Division. Jeff also ran Central Operations with over 3,000 employees. Jeff was a founding partner at GovConnect where he led the company from a startup to a successful business that supported over 25 states with process reengineering and technology deployment in major government agencies. GovConnect was sold to First Data Corporation.

Jeff has made a home of Cincinnati Ohio for most of his life, where he continues to live close to his family including children, and now grandchildren. He spends off hours focused on meaningful time and contributions to family, friends and social groups — whether kayaking the beautiful lakes and rivers of Ohio and Indiana or on service missions as a part of his community of faith. He also can’t help but follow Ohio football — professional down to high school.
